Vintners are catching on to the enormous advantages of wine caves. Since cave construction began taking off in the 80's, contractors have been lining up for jobs. There are now around 10 companies in California devoted exclusively to wine cave construction.

I wonder what Oklahoma construction company is going to catch on to this growing trend?
