Labeling the Nutritional Values of Wine

More and more groups are discussing nutrition labels for wines. However, new laws requiring difficult to obtain analysis on local wine products may push small producers out of the market.

...but then again many folks on special diets would benefit from nutrition labels. I wonder if there could be some way to partner with Oklahoma universities to provide affordable nutrition analysis for better labels. College kids testing wine...sounds feasible to me!
