Let the Wine Festivals Begin!

Oklahoma passed HB 1107 into law in 2003. Since November, Oklahoma wineries have been able to sell unopen bottles at fairs and festivals. This is providing excellent new opportunities for charities and towns all over Oklahoma to benefit from the new growth in American wine consumption.
