Sommelier Course in Tulsa Begins April 1

Fleming's Restaurant in Tulsa's Utica Square is offering an introductory sommelier course in 2008.

The course cost is $495 and the class will run from 8-5 April 1 and 2, 2008 at Fleming's Restaurant in Utica Square.

It will be taught be 3 Master Sommeliers and will include a blind taste of 22 wines over 2 days. The sommelier course will also cover the whole world in regards to regions, laws, grapes etc. and also discuss food and wine pairing, spirits, wine service standards and more.
