13. Peach Mist - so peachy...it's fuzzy! Made from Peaches and Chardonnay grapes.

Fortified Wines 24% Alcohol

1. Petite Blackberry - Like all of our Petite wine collection, use a very small glass for this port-like enhanced wine bursting with the sweet taste of cobbler.
2. Petite Pecan - This sweet, 'high-octane', enhanced wine has the smooth rich flavor of pecan pie.
3. Petite Hazelnut - Rich hazelnut flavor great in desserts or coffee!

1. Elderberry Blush - Sweet, light bodied, blended blush wine
2. Sparkling Blackberry - This sweet, fun little sparkling wine is produced by the traditional 'French Method' usually labeled 'Methode Champenoise'. To my knowledge, it is the only Oklahoma wine currently being produced in this way. ($15)
3. Blackberry Wine - Dry Red Wine Made from 100% Oklahoma Blackberries
4. White Merlot - Light, tart, blush with strong honey dew melon taste.

You will find that the wines fall into 2 pricing categories.  Most of our wines are sold for $10.00 per bottle or $100 for a 12 bottle case (Mix & Match to taste).  

FYI: The price difference is due to the amount of evaporation that occurs in charred oak barrels.  This amounts to 1 gallon of evaporation per month from each barrel.  Traditionally, this loss is known as "The Angel's Portion".

You can now find our wines are available in select liquor stores in great towns like Tulsa, Okmulgee, Sapulpa, Norman, Oklahoma City and more.  Ask for it!
