12. Elderberry Wine - is our specialty! Fruity, full-bodied Red made from 100% fresh Oklahoma elderberries - contains NO grape juice.  

13. Peach Mist - so peachy...it's fuzzy! Made from Peaches and Chardonnay grapes. 

14. Oklahoma Shiraz - Naturally sweet and fruity red wine, the grape is also called Syrah by some.

25. Staghorn Red - uniquely refreshing wine reminiscent of plum made from native  Oklahoma Staghorn Sumac.

Fortified Wines 24% Alcohol

1. Petite Blackberry - Like all of our Petite wine collection, use a very small glass for this port-like enhanced wine bursting with the sweet taste of cobbler.
2. Petite Pecan - This sweet, 'high-octane', enhanced wine has the smooth rich flavor of pecan pie.
3. Petite Hazelnut - Rich hazelnut flavor great in desserts or coffee!

1. Elderberry Blush - Sweet, light bodied, blended blush wine
2. Sparkling Blackberry - This sweet, fun little sparkling wine is produced by the traditional 'French Method' usually labeled 'Methode Champenoise'. To my knowledge, it is the only Oklahoma wine currently being produced in this way. ($15)
